Designed for the business community of Naya Raipur, the layout of this commercial center is inspired
from the organic layout of the individual business settlements of the community. To bring the business
community together and to have a singular space for all the businesses to be concentrated in, the
government of Raipur introduced this development.
The form is a free flowing organic layout which leads the user naturally along the length of the space
and is contextually placed according to the north-south orientation of the site. Balconies open up the
internal spaces and naturally ventilate and provide light.
