Evita Empress

Located in Parel, this residential tower stands out with its jali work and sleek and modern façade. Incorporating traditional Indian architecture principals for reducing heat gain in the building and having passive cooling techniques which reduce the overall energy usage of the structure. Jalis are provided at the podium parking level so the internal space stays well ventilated and cool by means of the venturi effect. The design team has actively incorporated a number of sustainable design strategies such as recycling water and grey water for irrigation and other purposes. Its exteriors reduce the solar loads and the orientation of the building makes sure the interior spaces have good natural light and ventilation.
