Kalpataru Harmony, Pune

We like to describe the building as curvaceous, sensual, and free-flowing. This design possesses a tactile quality and evokes a sense of purity and pristineness with its simple facade with windows that reflect the sky. There is a distinctive inherent rhythm to the building, making it different at any perspective. Located at a kilometre away from Mumbai- Pune expressway at Wakad in Pune, Maharashtra, this project has 2 buildings developed on linear 6.5 acre land.

The design was conceptualized to enhance the linearity of the site but break its monotony. Hence a curvilinear plan was developed for the buildings. The master plan reflects this strong rhythmic flow of curvilinear built form, intercepted by a series of green pockets and landscape zones that maintain the fluidity of the plan.

The design blends with the green in centre creating a piece of art & sculpture derived from two curvilinear forms. The clubhouse is conveniently located in centre providing an access from centre. The green podium is designed in a manner to provide car free zone to club house & surrounding amenities. The harmony club is visually integrated & sympathetic with its surroundings thus amenities enjoyed by users are not compromised. The club houses all the amenities like gymnasium, health club, games room, multipurpose room etc.
