Aikya Signature is a stand-alone residential tower at Tardeo, in the heart of South Bombay. This tower is personified by its geometric linear design and is supported by sustainable systems which were organically incorporated into the design. The east west orientation of the building provides ample north light to the main living areas. This orientation of the building also naturally ventilates the structure. Children’s play areas and seating spaces with landscaped walkways provided a relief zone in the midst of the busy city.
