A design that leaves a lifetime impression on the social values of Runal was significant for

conceptualising the layout and form of this project. Innovating the planning for uplifted living and high-
street shopping and dining experiences. The layout is done in a curvilinear manner to optimise the view

and natural light and ventilation by orienting the building in the north south direction. Curved
landscaped vistas and intersecting open area create community spaces which boost interaction and
liveliness of the site.
