Kalpataru Exquisite is a high rise luxury apartment complex in Pune. The site is linear in nature and the
buildings had to be designed along a central axis which ran in the east west direction. Each tower is
oriented in the north south direction to naturally ventilate the structure and to provide ample natural
light. Each individual unit is planned to provide unobstructed view to all apartments with pockets of
green spaces.
